Nope.
My wife and I test rode a lower end model but were not really in a position to buy at the time. Aside from some so-so aspects of the spec that were compromises to meet a price point it was pretty cool. Definitely want one when our kid is old enough to ride.

Totally serious actually. There’s a Sillegy mini velo fixed with risers at the shop down the street from me and I openly talk about wanting it.
lol
sol patrol.
because space is at a premium in spaghetti-town and i could use a throw around bike and i just want to be jimmythefly. I know Seattle crew is rocking the lil wheels, anyone else?
Anyone want to stop me before I spend $300 on a Mercier Nano and throw Albatross-yish bars on it (or just talk me out of that idea?)
or know of any for sale?
Do it! They are silly little bikes, and more fun than they have a right to be. Don’t buy a handlebar with any sweep until you have a chance to check out the fit -basic riser bars or something like the Origin 8 space bar might be better.
Good call. I’m sold. How is it with loads on the rack? front better than the back?
Rides fine with front load, a little floppy at track-standing speeds, but when actually moving it’s great. Just as good if not better than any of my other non-low-trail bikes with a front rack.
I took the rear rack off mine right away, so can’t comment on how it rides with weight back there. It’s already a wheelie machine, I can’t imagine more weight in the back would help much.
I’ve got a Civia pizzeria rack in the mail for it (got in trade! still at $0 out-of-pocket for the build) which I think will be a nice addition instead of my hacked solution.
I’ve been considering this. Like a lot. I have no REAL space or purpose in the stable but I don’t recall that ever stopping anyone anyway.
I don’t have “fun” riding my Ruben and that’s really the only excuse I need.
