Okay, so I just pulled a certain area practicing dismounts.

FUN.

Every time I listen to an Audioslave song, I get reminded of how great of a band Soundgarden was.

I really need to throw some cross tires back on my conversion.

The remounting muscles/tendons is where I need to stretch.

Someone told me to do the butterfly stretch. Unfortunately after I had put in a hours worth of mount / dismount.
