I have an inkling that many years ago someone was asking about this exact style of attachment for something, maybe a bag or decaleur.
Topeak gravel fenders have a rubberized velcro strap that also contains a screw-tightening feature.

It’s for internal routed frames, the D shape allows not-just-beercan headtubes

Columbus has a system called trefoil or tritico and it’s a weird spade shape
No6 makes 3 or 4 different aftermarket forks
The big 3 have integrations for all stem systems
Currently the top end models of the pro bikes have wire routing through the stem
Not sure this is going to change for at least a generation of consumer bikes.

Are these all unique and proprietary?
FSA and enve have different “registration pins” and I think everyone does one or the other

All this sounds terrible tbh. Weird proprietary kludge shit to do something no one wants. wtf. Also the ui on that deda page is terrible, at least on a phone. But it matches exactly the design philosophy of making weird shapes in stuff that should be round so that one can shove a bunch of cables and hoses through it.
Idk I feel like anyone who had a fixed gear liked it because it was so simple but then moved to regular bikes because they wanted more gears and brakes and the internal routing, though a pain in the ass to maintain, gets the simple elegant aesthetic
