OK, who got the $70 13-speed De Rosa?

http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/bik/823031078.html

I got an email from the seller today – he received 32 responses and he is writing back to them all. The bike was purchased yesterday by “a very enthused gentleman from Seattle” who had a collection of De Rosa bikes and was “elated” to add another bike to that collection. Grrr.

But how does somebody who knows so little about bikes wind up with a De Rosa anyway?

I like the part where he put “a steal” in quotation marks.
Maybe he meant that literally.

That’s what I was thinking.

13 speed?
lol

Not I.

Wasn’t me. I would have liked to though.

Why hasn’t he deleted the ad yet?

he’s just a scammer that wants some email addresses to sell.

looks like it’s worked so far.

I thought it might be a scam too, but then got that weird email response. I think the guy’s just a nut job who stole a De Rosa.

lol @ richard linklater

I keep reading that ad over and over.
Its so fucking funny.
“De rosa”
“Steal”

That guy is silly.

Are you loling at Linklater, or just that that is in here?
