I’d love to secretly take this bike for an epic ride!

Just built this one up…

ird crank is hott. how much they running?
Damn, IRD is a cool ass company for doing that. Thing would definitely look more “right” on my lugged steel track frame than this DA track crank.
Fuuuuck, now I want a track bike again.
PS: Braden, I want to work at your shop.
Funny thing about that crank…
Stratton from Kazane and his friend Yuki (keirin racer and far east connection for Keirin culture) actually “designed” it. They did all the drawings and took it to Andel. The original deal was that they would get 1 year exclusive rights to the crank. At the Taipei show they get to the Andel guys only to hear them say “we have decided to make this an open design” (meaning anyone can use it).
Cool crank, shitty story on how it came about.
Moving on… my shop is going to sell that crank for $145 I think. Works with a 110 JIS spindle.
that is really shitty.
beautiful crank, me want.
Yea well, all their “design” are belong to Campy.
Point being…?
teh ironies
yeah. “Here are some pictures of a campy crank and our names scribbled underneath. make for us?”
Its not really that simple… they did modify the design to take into account chainline with a 110mm jis spindle. arms are slightly thicker for street/track durability. They actually put some time into it.
ew

Hah. i feel like i’d have to ride like this

did you see the frame the wheels you were building were going on? or did they just drop it off?
