In street BMX, you don’t need knee extension because you’re never really in the saddle so most riders ride with the saddle slammed all the way down.
But that’s just a fucking miserable waste of a Thomson post. I don’t think I ever had an issue with a bmx post. Hell, you can run a stock post and not give a shit unless you needed a pivotal.
