Weight savings and more compliance while seated / more stiffness when out of saddle?
Bexley: Sup low-end crankbro, I’m into it.
Stem shim is absolutely positive.
EDIT: The sparkle is a nice touch.
The TB14 was the only rim for that bike.
Exactly.
I get the impression that English is a big Mike Burrows fan
Have you read his book? It’s interesting.
I’m also a Burrows fan, in spite of his penchant for riding 'bents.
What cranks are on that bex?

When the world’s dumbest bike takes a cross-state ride on the roof rack, nature pays.
Rode it to Rincon
Truvativ Elita’s, same as on my Godspeed.
I can dig it.
We should all take bets on how long Brooks keeps it.
I say two months.
I’m not so fond of white stem silver seatpost collabo
and a setback thomson that far down always looks snapped to me…
But other than that, yes.
brooks, you build some wacky setups (in a good way). silver stem would be much better though
Man, I got some bikes that could compete for that title
Had a chance to take some proper pictures of a bike today. The bike totally transforms in full sun which isn’t as ideal for picture taking. Craig hit this one out of the ballpark in my mind. Bottle cages are there because I broke one last weekend.
to expose as much seatpost as possible
when you pay for a special flex one it behooves you to expose as much lever arm as you can
not any stiffer in practice, but it does make the bike feel dramatically lighter when out of the saddle
Major guysshoe of my Cross Check. Converted to gears with dynohub with a bunch of parts from tarckers.
good lawd, Eric.
