ELB and Trek deserved that, awesome race, but fuck I want Kasia to get a W this year so bad

She’s always there or thereabouts, but seems to not be able to finish/capitalize when it matters.

Ardennes suit her a bit better, maybe she can make LBL happen?

Or another Amstel

Looks like Sepp could get a crack at TDF. Still terrible odds… but you never know.

not a great season for VLaB on the injury front

Ironic because their #1 guy in a crash jumped ship.

Is this how Potcar pulls of a giro tour double?

Or will Roglic finally triumph?

Any word on what actual injuries were out of this?

Vingo has broken clavicle and multiple ribs, Remco broken clavicle and scapula. Haven’t heard about Roglic, but his second hard crash in as many days can’t be great and he did pull out of the race.

Roglic apparently was up and walking around, but who knows. Jay Vine copped it bad, couple of spinal fractures apparently. Eesh.

Women’s Roubaix was top shelf.

We used to use the phrase “apin’ it” for that thing that person did at the very end. Dayum.

Stoked to see her come from being boxed in entering velodrome, not to mention doing a ton of work for herself (and playing other bits smart). Hope men’s can be that exciting.
Also loved I could watch it on peacock and still get to work. Luckily no work Sunday, but want to to ride before rain. Will see their pace when I wake.
Also curious to see how the kinda ridiculous turns/u-turn/turn before the arenberg forest turns out.

Hoping for someone other than mvdp to win it, but not holding my breath.

We haven’t had a Flanders Roubiax double since Gilbert got on the good dope for his swan song right?

Watched up to Arenberg before I went to bed last night, just watched the highlights.
Absolutely dominant.

had to look Gilbert did not double!

Could he actually take LBL? That would be a first I think.
