radial lacing question

does it matter for radial lacing if the spokes are all on the inside? i realized i didnt put my all my spokes on the inside. instead, they are laced inside / outside / inside / outside etc more like a traditional 3 cross wheel.

thanks

todd

Radial is supposed to be more aero and it’s more aero to have all the heads out. It’s laterally stronger to have heads in.

I usually put them with the heads on the inside so the bend rests against the flange (apparently stronger) but the other way is perfectly acceptable. Shouldn’t be any problem with goin’ both ways.

thx everyone, i just wanted to make sure i wasnt crossing some vortex of destruction.

SO is your wife cool with you going both ways?

my wifes radial laced wheel goes both ways(spokes alternating from the inside to the outside of the flange if you know what i’m saying)…

So basically she’s a huge slut.

i think that was implied

Deep down aren’t we all laced slutty.

Tarck is about perversion.

I think that may just be the most direct, succinct description yet.

turning out head.
