I think I have that tap in a drawer but I wouldn’t want to try to push it through from new

The dumb setback adder-on-er I put on my dad bike to get more cockpit space for my knees vs yepp mini finally snapped, at daycare pick up:

So I had to ride home like this, with toddler

Well — I had a multitool but kid was not having any of that faffing since I forgot to bring a snack!

Never thought I’d see an Aitken seat used as an actual sitted-on kinda seat.

I’m definitely not surprised that that broke.

It lasted for a year and a half! Not bad.

Yeah somehow this works for me, at least for around town. Used to have it on my cross bike, and before that my winter commuter (back when I lived somewhere with winter)

Turns out it wasn’t the left pedal or even the left bearing.

Ow a bit of flaking paint around bb shell. TBF first change of these bearings. Lots of wet weather.

Is that the original Sugino biscuit that came with the nerd crank?
Mine lasted about a month before being replaced with a da9000.

Yes, it was. I was kinda surprised since most had them go to shit much sooner.
I think this one was kinda toast in the last year, but it didn’t make any creaking. But for a while it was pretty good riding conditions. It saw year round riding and commuting more here in pnw.

I think these goddamn jagwire hoses are leaking from this junction:

I’ve been keeping an eye on this hose setup since I plopped these brakes on and keep finding a bit of liquid in that area. Only thing throwing me for a loop is that it is not red. It is clear.

I’ve sprayed a lot of isopropyl alcohol on that area but it wouldn’t still be there after a week and several wipe downs.

Tape?

I do not comprehend

Like plumbers tape
