IME the 2-axis integrate poorly with shifters which aren’t gripshift.
Rounded shapes near the clamp seem to not leave much space for trad shifters to get close.
I was so sad to find this out, but maybe I just need gripshift on my winter bike…

If this wasn’t a winter bike I’d try to integrate some zap controls onto this thing.

They’re all flat except the gatorskins (also tubulars). I wanted to glue on the paves but I only have one that holds air lol.
@face, if you need a grip shifter, I’ve got a fancy 9 speed one for you.
I was able to get SRAM x9 shifters to fit next to those bulbous two axis brakes. It was a fiddly task though.
throw some sealant in em and see if they hold
