I think the fork mounted attachment points might be for… Ortlieb mini panniers? I got something like those when I bought one of them a while back.
The cable runs off of the shifters look awful, but with IGH I guess you get what you get.
Stock frame packs always look like shit on tall person bikes, lil bag in a huge spiderweb of straps reaching way out to the tubing.
I think those are problem solvers things. Super minimalist cargo cages for round things that are rigid enough to provide their own support.

I do use the gimp but it doesn’t allow you to just paste successive images on top of existing ones without using layers, unless I am doing it wrong.
