i have always hated this bike and it made me hate van dessel. and then i ended up with a van dessel through a weird trade and hated it too and sold it.

Backed, the one I briefly owned was impressively heavy.
This was back when if you wanted to run something like 700x48 + fenders + disc brakes + drop bars there were very few options.
