OK… I’ve wanted to start this thread since probably 2019, so here it is.
Richmond has amazing urban accessible trails, a near by state park with even more, and very decent road riding. A nearby airport and a train station.
If I was to figure out some basic logistics and a few days of riding (probably grav bike since a large portion of the trails in the region are underbikeable)… would you be interested?

Good question… September/October has the best riding weather. Probably that time of year.

What about springtime? My wife is angling for her annual staff retreat to be in Richmond in late April to check out the Fall Line and Virginia Capital trails. If that works out, I’ll tag along and be up for a tarckup.
