Update:

I’ve done some research and it looks like Sticker Robot make nice quality silkscreened stickers that are UV/weather resistant. For 4" x 1.5" rectangles on clear vinyl it’s $117 for the minimum order of 500, and $167 for die-cut shape instead of rectangular. That’s 0.24 and 0.34 each, respectively. Clear vinyl because you don’t see the white vinyl stock between the printed area and the trim boundary, so it will look better on both dark and light surfaces. I’ll rework the tarck logo file to include a thin white border around the color fields for contrast which will be part of the white base layer anyway.

Thinking anyone who’s interested can buy in for any multiple of 10 stickers plus probably an extra 0.75-1.00 for a couple stamps and an envelope, i.e. 1 sticker pack = 10 stickers = $3.40 (rectangular). At those numbers we’ll need 50 units. I think that’s a reasonable price point and probably everyone can find a use for 10 tarck stickers.

I’d prefer to handle design and production but leave payment and distribution to someone who is more organized at it. I can do it maybe but not very efficiently. This won’t happen until January so we have a couple weeks to get a sort of GB together.

Input requested if you:

  • know of a ‘better’ shop for outdoor silkscreened stickers, or smaller minimums
  • want to handle distribution
  • have the AI file for the tarck logo and want to save me a little time
  • have some other wacky idea
