surprisingly hockey is not really a huge thing here. nothing like minnesota or something.
also normally the arena is comfortable enough that a human could sit in it for a two hour game. this one was like 32 degrees.

I like the contrast between your pristine gum walls and the “patina” on your bar tape. Did you pull that tape out of the dumpster or just steal it from a commuter that you passed on the way to work? Maybe it was locked up outside and thieves stripped it down over time, leaving a battered and neglected frame, u-locked to a no parking sign, with nothing left but sadness and narrow 25.4 bars that no one wanted with the shreds of that ratty old bar tape.
