Traditional Bend Road Bars

I decided to swap out the ergos for something a little classier looking. Make a recommendation for some nice bars? 40-42 width. 31.8 clamp.

Ritchey WCS Classics, Deda Newton, Deda Shallow.

The Deda Newton is probably the most popular bar of the past fifteen years.

I’m riding ergo Ritchey WCS right now. I’ll go hit the shops later to check out the Dedas. Thanks.

Got me some sweet 3ttt criterium bars. Not sure if they make 'em in 31.8 though.

I actually like the Nitto 115 shape a lot, but it’s 25.4

They’re also dirt cheap, but you’d have to get some Problem Solvers shims or something. Plus a sleeved bar + shim could be pretty annoying in the noise department.

Why did you quote me?

b/c you both reccomended non-31.8mm bars?

i have some deda elementi bars on my road bike that i love - they are shallow drop - and apparently lance’s bar as well.

-edit-
oh, and ridiculously light, but also probably not in 31.8

There are so many better reasons to quote me.

3TTT Criterium bars look good but are wildly uncomfortable with brifters, IMO.

“I’ll give YOU a traditional bend!”

Seriously though. I find em’ much more comfortable with my Campy levers than any other bar I’ve tried.

Nitto B-135 Randonneur style. 25.4, though.
i like these

but again no OS
There’s similar orange OS ones out.

They come up on chainlove every now and then, but I think it’s the ergo version they sell.
