Volume Creedence

I know this is a little late but I finally took a shipment on these. I gotta say I’m impressed
with it. I couldn’t tell from the pictures but the frame actually has a forward slope to the top tube. Not as drastic as the old KHS frames but kindof like the older Cannondales. I’m kindof fighting the urge to get one. I cant really justify another fixed bike right now so I might sell my Olmo.

Anyone tried these out?

yeah bro! get some!

Does it come with a 6 pack of Coors?

But seriously, all I know about this bike is the shitty marketing.

fork crown fail.

can’t even barspin for two of the three sizes? awww

People have been bending the stock forks like mad

that fork looks worse than things I shit on a routine basis.

“Some forks are born, made to bend and break”

Does anyone still make entry-level track bikes for the track? Is the new Pista going to have risers and “trackish” geometry?

Haha… the peanut gallery has spoken.

Hm. It comes with 48x16 gear ratio and no brakes? Isn’t that one skid patch?

So did (does?) the Pista, the Kilo, and lots of other stuff.

as far as i know, the pista was the last entry-level track bike with track geo. now it has a 72º headtube and looks like a track bike in the back and a conversion schwinn in the front.

Unless Bianchi changed the geometry between 2008 and 2009, it still is an entry level track bike, even if they ship one with riser bars, now.

Did you say that you were gonna get rid of an Olmo and get this instead?

If so, PM me.

edit: What about KHS? is that still a real track bike?

the geo was changed. the HT angle was changed from 75 or so to 71.5-72, for both the flat and track bar versions.

wat

So does that make the Pista no longer the go-to entry level track bike? What will likely take its place?

KHS flight 100?

does the one with risers cost the less, the same or more? wouldn’t the trackdrops cost more so bianchi is making a bit more throwing some cheap risers on instead of the drops?

Looks like a janky ass conversion to me.
