Weird Build Dithering Thread Infinity: Part 2

It suuuucked here this year, I think I went out twice. Could have gone out more, but woudl have been forcing it, not for fun, would have had to stick to snowmobile packed routes.

Even now there is crust season but it’s so sun-cupped that it’s like riding constant washboard and not fun at all.

Has anyone else gotten to the point their setup was absolutely perfect, except… the bag wasn’t quite the right color, and you contemplated selling the one you had just to get one that matched better?

Only me?

Anyone use a -35° stem to get position lower in front? The yellow bike is the best handling bike I have and I think mainly bc the relatively large bar drop puts a lot of weight forward in a way that feels good and improves front end grip.

The top bike handles ok but not great and can certainly be improved. Thinking I’ll try a -35° stem which will be about 25mm lower and 15mm forward and maybe shift handling a little closer to the other bike.

I’m not a fit expert but I might try a longer stem before a deep drop stem for this

Yellow bike also has the saddle on a straight post, that might contribute, presuming seat tube angles are similar?
