What did you do to your crosscheck today?

Rawland Stag 3.0 build has been dragging on for months and months, finally did finishing touches last week!
Screen capture of current parts list/price spreadsheet:

Significant changes:

  • Covered up almost all of the Rawland Stag viking iconography and name with blue/purple reflective geometric / crystal / diamond decals.
  • Rebuilt the rear wheel with different lacing pattern and new spokes/nipples since I broke dozens of spokes with previous lacing pattern.
  • Brand new drivetrain, out with indexed 10-sp downtube Dura Ace/Campy Record levers, in with SRAM 22 Red/Rival shakes. First time oiling freehub body pawls on White Industries hub.
  • New narrow Paul Touring brakes to pair with SRAM lever pull in purple ano, as a treat. Trying out some generic sparkly purple brake housing from eBay with colorful ferrules and cable caps.
  • Found some Ritchey EvoCurve handlebars in silver (discontinued?) to match the SRAM levers, updated to 31.8 stem standard. New Fizik purple tape is probably too thicc but feels so nice.
  • New chainrings, cassette & chain (those IRD Lobo chainrings are beautiful compared to generic Sugino)
  • Sewed new mudflaps similar to those on my Elephant NFE but added a previously-used capped brake cable loop inside for rigidity on windy downhills. Rear flap I made some diamond cutouts and backed with reflective 3M tape.
  • Improved dynamo wiring, added some VO R-clips as guides in places I’ve never tried before.
