Put some garbage bin tires and garbage bin stem/bars on it to get it rolling.

Still need: a brak lever, better tires, and new cockpit.

I have been trying to think of a way to mount them on the pod mounts, underside would be the easiest, but I need about 1 mm more clearance and altho I think it would look cool, ergonomically I imagine it would suck. This is all just parts bin. Dunno wtf I will do with it when I have finished. I did actually have to buy the grips.

Also, is friction. Those pods were delicate.

I have a crane bell bolted to the hole in some not nearly as fancy deshiftered levers, its a nice place for a bell actually

Found some cream schwalbe city cruiser shitbox tires on the street last week, put them on an old nishiki frame I found on the street in the spring, and some other crap, and now I have a fixie again?? Haven’t ridden it yet.
