Where can I buy 225 mm spokes?

I am building up a 650c rim and I need some 225 mm spokes. QBP doesnt have any. Any ideas?

Find a shop with a spoke cutter and thread rolling kit.

This is probably your best bet. It’s also the most expensive route.

only come in 224mm and 226mm, but you can make either work.

okay then, you could always go into the wilderness, chop all the trees down, dig a big hole, mine some ore, refine it, smelter it, draw it into wire, then cut a thread in one end, and put a bend the other end.

I read an account by an knifemaker that did that a few years ago just to prove to himself that it could be done. It was fucking awesome. I wish I could find the link. Except that he didn’t make spokes. He made a knife (or a sword, recollection is hazy).
