This trend of deep drop track bars and high rise stems flipped upside down on threadless bikes has got to stop.

Pro bikes then…

Pro bikes now…

Stem with rise… the horror!!! And nothing says “I’m a wingnut who has is bars to low” like taped tops and naked drops.

[quote=bradencbc]Pro bikes now…

Definitely a pro bike! It says so right on the fork! Probably on the stem and bars too!

if he flipped that stem he might get a better sense of how goofy that saddle angle is.

Don’t hold your breath.

better angle

I agree with the sentiment, but the bike is question appears to have a quill stem.

Also, here is the andr3’s original bike, in all its glory.

I hope he core samples his taint doing a no-hands leg-over skid

are those all yours? kilo, gutterball, fuji track, pista…?

this guy is new dougland.

looks like a raleigh rush hour, at least judging by decals, which was threadless-only i think (unless they came w/ 1" HTs previously)

i would know more, but this jackass gave us his photos in like 80x100 resolution

it looks like a scrambler coz downtube gusset and the stem is probably a flipped MTB stem for hella aero.

either way, keeping with the “lots of redundant entry level track bikes” theme

this thread has me lolling for days.

I meant this one…

But that other one looks stupid too.

I love when people have their bars dropped so low that they can’t set their saddle level. Just goes to show that they truly have no idea what the hell they are doing.

It’s on the list, don’t worry.
