Jesusfuck. I would frame saver the frame and get the fork rechromed given your climate. The frame looks like it already has some rust issues and will likely degrade fast with all the humidity.
anomoly, thanks for the advice. Surprisingly the seat tube (inside) was okay considering the frames rust (topical and outside). I am assuming the full chrome help preserve the frame but the fork does need some help. As far as rust on teh frame it seems to only really be on the seat stays (where the chrome plating is thin from coating anyway). Maybe strip and coat the stays. On another note, my lbs mechanic who works on all my bikes was like “this is perfect!, ride the fuck out of it!” when I asked about the rust. It looks like a keeper for now but it does seem that some are willing to offer some $ for it.

I don;t know. I stood over it and it fit 
I don’t know about the toptube length but I will in about an hour (heading over to the lbs) Hopefully the stripped nut was drilled out (stem) all should be good. Can;t wait to ride it !!!
