This whole weekend I’ve been working on a matching shell hoodie and messenger bag, which have black as the dominant color, with accents of neon green in strategic areas for visibility. The inside of the bag will be purple. This is a single colorway. It’s the whole theme.

Same. The shoe companies could give a certain skater a chance to have his own pseudo pro model shoe by giving them a colorway instead of actually giving them the capability to build a shoe from the ground up.
It’s kind of a double edged sword. It’s saying “we really appreciate how ripping you are. However, you’re not ripping enough for us to give you your own shoe, bruh”.
