Just down the road from me last night, someone was denied admission to a nightclub and decided to respond by ramming their car into the crowd outside. It didn’t end well for anyone involved.

we have like 6 subs to LT. it’s not like there is anything that she can do to make me spend more money.
in the past I’ve kept a burn sheet of all the things that piss me off about their software, and attempt to professionally discuss them in the context of “if you actually care, fix these issues; if you can’t fix them, don’t contact me again”
eta— especially effective if you act over the top thankful that they called and you have a bunch of things for them to take care of

I limited it to my frustration with being locked out of logging into my account through their two factor system and having to troubleshoot it through multiple days over their chat system because it’s just too onerous to provide phone support for the software you sell for lots of money.
Oh hey I keep a set of these about the software that I am forced to use at work. Nice that it has a name!
