i hate getting passed on the right, especially in the bike lane. nearly got t-boned today by another cyclist who passed me on the right, in the bike lane, as i was signaling and turning right with the dog and trailer in tow.
i get that not everyone understands the rules or pays attention, but the thing that really gets me is the arguing about who is right afterwards. it should be abundantly clear that nearly hitting someone following all the laws is wrong. she said she “didnt want to use her brakes.”

Had a bad day on the bike today. The weather was beautiful, but it just felt like everything else was set up to piss me off. Tons of drivers just straight up blowing stop signs. Predictable I guess but still got to me.
Cherry on top was biking down a 2-way curb protected cycle track and having a city work truck back into it and completely block me in. I had to dismount and walk over a curb and around it, I was pissed but not going to be confrontational so OF COURSE one of these dudes gets out and sees me pissed and says “Is something the matter?” 
like do your job dude but don’t pretend like you don’t know why I’m fucking pissed at you!!! Asshole

Even worse than last time! If I’d had a knife handy I probably would have cut it at least a little bit. I gave it a little tug as I went under it but I didn’t commit. I didn’t want the business end falling from four stories up.

Was out for a ride with my daughter on this crisp but sunny day and was approaching this T intersection that basically every driver rolls or blows the stop sign at. I’ve got like 200yds of visibility approaching it so it never feels quite dangerous but it’s frustrating watching drivers cruise through as I approach.
As we approach, one driver rolls the stop, the next driver basically runs it, and then we are entering the intersection a third driver (middle aged woman) starts to roll/run it.
I give her a shout and she stops after clearing the crosswalk. I jaw at her about my daughter being on the back as I’m passing in front of her and she’s already flipping me off! There’s an even older woman in the passenger seat who is probably her mom and she looks horrified lol
So I was pretty pissed obviously but I quickly came to the realization that this lady and everybody around her was definitely going to have a much worse day than me
