sram trying to look less like OEM and more like boutique shit.
Real missed opportunity to not do the levers to match. You see those way more than the calipers.
Oversized caliper to resist overheating but also retain optimal heat
How can you print this shit with a straight face.
The Radishvist article describes almost the same wandering bite point that people say the Saints have. Iâve only ever used the SLX levers, so I donât think Iâve ever experienced it.
I wondered if that was the same thing going on but they couldnât connect the dots.
Radavist has low standards to maintain.
Anyway, yâall see the super expensive small-batch production German brakes yet? Will link later if someone doesnât beat me to it.
I like that in some places he says it has 18.5mm and 19mm pistons, and in another he says 18mm and 19.5mm. classic radivist (lack of) copy-editing at work
What do we think of the DIY carbon frames?
FSR kind of linkage is more Specialized style than Trek. Geometry quite a ways from a Fuel in terms of HTA and STA.
Interesting that it comes with a front gorilla mount.
Just looking things up, I see that Trek Fuel Gen6 frames and bikes now come with an adjustable-angle headset.
that geometry is extremely conservative
like would have been âcool for a trekalizedâ ten years ago
this is one of the few open mold FS frames with progressive geometry, a few of us have them
Brake pads work best, on paper, in a specific temperature range. Mama bear shit you know.
someone needs to invent a brake with a fan that kicks on if itâs over X temperature. and then a little blanket that covers it if itâs below temperature.
I think Shimano has a patent on their fins on their discs and pads. Maybe someone can manufacture a bolt on brake duct next?
Iâm not sure thatâs the case. I have a set of Swisstop pads with fins
Anyone tried these bars?
I put some on my wifeâs bike. They are good.
Thanks. I might have to give these a try.
looks like a riserâd salsa bend 17 in which case they rule
