You can get a 50mm stem on amazon for $20 so might as well try. It did wonders for me on the trance. Make sure to get the one with the most cnc and lion engravings you can find.
Been looking for knee pads and was recommended POC VPD 2.0, ION K-Pact Zip, and Dianese Trail Skins 2. Canāt for the life of me find any of these in my size unless I want to pay MSRP from POC or order Dianese from one shop in the UK. Any alternatives or recommendations on where to look or used stuff anyone want to sell me? I seem to be an L in POC, which has the most sensible size chart.

I bought a heavily discounted 29er hardtail for $900 new a few years ago. The wheels and fork were low level stuff and didnāt last 2 years. Cranks and dangler also destroyed. Had I bought a used bike, I couldāve started with better quality parts, or at least paid much less for the stuff I was destined to trash.

Just trying to check your expectations. Iām sure itās a fine bike. But you are kind of getting into a dead ender mobile.
It would be fine as an East Bay bike but itās not worth $750 BIN.
The King hubs are probably driving the price but since theyāre QR that hurts the flippability.
If you had plans to go SS then maybe it would be worth fucking with those dropouts.

what rear tyre do i buy for my anthem? got an ikon on there now but want somethin w more tread, 2.3 max i think, maxxis aggressor? hard packed, rocky sorta riding, DHF might be too much but I havenāt tried them. Got high rollers on other bike. Anyone tried those goodyear jawnz?
