I honestly don’t think I hear anything. I just feel it. Maybe it is the one up edc.

Yeah i had the one on my sentinel for 4-5 years without issue. Only serviced it twice. Seems like newer fox stuff has more problems?
In other suspension news: to my great surprise, I pressed the bleeder valves on the back of my Fox 36 and there was a significant amount of pressure in the left leg (and some in the right). The fork had felt stiff for a few rides and now it doesn’t. Wild! I only get up to like 1600 ft (from sea level) on my rides.

What chest/back protection do you all use?
Having a child now, I’m feeling pretty irresponsible about doing things where I can get hurt. I don’t think I’m doing anything particularly gnarly, but I keep imagining a freak otb into a stump or rock that smashes my spine or something. Would be nice to take that out of the equation.
I’m even thinking of getting like d30 long sleeve (elbows and shoulders) for riding new stuff and just a chest/back thing for more frequent use.
This is what I wear for park or shuttle days. I have elbow pads already, but there’s another model with integrated elbows.

I have the basic fox roost guard and a fox base frame base layer to go under it.
The basic roost guards don’t offer any cushion, so i think anything with some d30 would be better, but i do like the plastic shell for rocks and sticks protection.
I hate elbow pads but deal with them for DH days. I just have g-form rugged ones because thicker ones really hurt the tip of my elbow after a while. The gform ones run big though, i wear an XS somehow.
