yeah i have no idea what that random bar end thing is. maybe he wants to shift from the race position (rather than downtube) but couldn’t figure out how to mount it to his little bullhorn thingy?
i am guessing it’s CHRONO NERO (because deda) but let’s just go with CHRONO NERD
that mechanical carbuncle cries for roboshift more than anything I’ve seen recently

Edit: also, yeah, it looks like he had aero bars clamped to pursuit bars with TT brake levers, but couldn’t find this Jtek jawn, so decided yolo, clamp half the aerobar to the bars
Like, look how normal that looks
That Jtek brake brought me about as close as I’ve ever come to walking off the job.
Regular brake for people with normal problems
You are wrong, that rules and would win bike shop bingo[/quote]
I stand by my words
and it’s unnecessary since interrupter levers exist
why do they even bother with brake levers out on the bar ends on those bikes if they’re hill climb bikes? use interrupters, get shorter cable runs, save weight in all areas?
This looks like a really competitive response to the Chester pedal

still diggin the $20 imriders though

Can’t keep Chesters in stock at the shop, so we just ordered a few of these jawns.
Also copped a set of their Radiance for the Stumpjumper
Not a fan of plastic pins, haven’t had luck with them providing traction in the wet.
^ Thermalites have been fine for me and I live in a place where it rains 27 hours a day.
Didn’t have great luck with the Odysseys, whatever they are called.
I have had zero issues with the 20 dollar imriders
woah. are they intended for going up a rim size (which would be problematic with such a short arm)? That pad slot is huge.
Ahh, like these sw8purp 100mm arms, they’re for folding bikes and 406/451ETRTO
There’s also these 82mm arms for cheap
pad slot is only 'uge on the black one though? says 22mm adjustment in the add (which sounds about normal pad slot length to me)?
p.s. aluminium bolts? would you like dental insurance with that?
pps further googling seems to indicate that the super long slot ones are 100mm arms for going form 406 to 451 rimz on folding bikes
so between that and the pack rat making 650 rim brake rims available, this opens a whole new realm of 660b dead ending for 26" junk bikes?
Does Q have those rims in stock yet?
Those wheel size expanding V brakes won’t work with shakes tho right? Otherwise I’d be all aboard the 26” to 650b dead end as an alternative to a $$$ gravel bike.
