Back in 2010 I bought four big apples to hit a shipment minimum or something. When a rear tire wears down, I put the front tire on the back and put a new one on the front. I still am running one of those tires on the back of my commuter with a new one on the front. The new Big Apple sucks a lot more IMO. It’s less round and a lot less balloony.

For a while I even ran them tubeless on a Rhyno Lite. I don’t think I want to go through the hassle of getting those wire beads to seal up again, though.

The one I remember from taking Latin in high school is Garum/Liquamen. Fish guts fermented in brine. Used as a condiment on everything. Yum?
