The thorts are all sold out already

I mean, I am skeptical of that. Rompers are pre order and like 6 people actually watched their videos to know this exists. And there aren’t that many specialized retail employees to snag all sizes that quickly.

I love the collaboration between companies! She Raven is great stuff if expensive and way more casual than we are used to with outdoor stuff… Invading but I ain’t Mad at it. Maybe those plastic bins are dumb though

I know the Finnish students have a party suit. It’s more like the MT500 onesie, though.

were we all dirtbag teens who used litter bucket panniers to know what loud and shattery pieces of shit they are, or is it just me?

I don’t really follow USAC racing much but I do look at critdrama on instagram from time to time. Absolute carnage at Tulsa Tough this year. The last 6-7 posts are from there as well as a bunch of the current stories. Both the winner of a men’s race and a women’s race (P/1/2?) crashed on the corner after the finish. A spectator got blasted by a racer in one race, another spectator got “ran over”, tons of terrible looking crashes.

There seems to be some agitating for better conditions, the stuff with barriers is always bad and never seems to be resolved.

Reminds me of a dt twilight crit we had in LV during interbike one year. It was a pretty big affair, but organized horribly. Started late, volunteer shirts were DARK BLUE in a twilight crit, cars parked on course, not sure if the businesses were informed. During the Women’s Pro field, a homeless lady walked out onto the course right in front of the field. It was carnage. There was very, very little traffic control outside the last 300m. The organizer had rented barriers for the entire course…and they were all just sitting in a parking lot, not being used. The FD pulled the organizer’s permit right away and the women were not allowed to finish and the men’s pro field could not start. Then the shit show of racers/teams trying to get their money back from the promoter. I did the 2/3 race and got something like 6th and was supposed to get paid like $80-100, which I did not. Needless to say, the was the last event this guy ever put on.
