Was just reminded that I was chatting with a buddy who displayed some bikes at MADE this year and he mentioned that just about everyone he spoke to was super nice, except one guy who was a total dick. “I think his name was Peter Verdone” and boy did that put a huge smile on my face

Is your buddy Paul Sadoff? That’s literally what he wrote in his blog fwiw. His frames have much stronger appeal now that I’ve visited SC several times
Also one of the guys at Neuhaus metalworks has a youtube channel that gets pretty nerdy without being obnoxious. Tackling custom bikes from the technical rather than the artisanal end

Thought you nerds would like this. My friend Shane is a ceramics professor who specializes in traditional Japanese style pottery. He’s also a life-long bike super nerd.
For a current exhibit, he took one of our Neutrinos and made some amazing pieces on the bike including a saddle, grips, stand, and custom box to hold a rotating assortment of custom work.
