I can’t really watch that whole thing at the moment, is that really the TL:DR of what he is saying? That he took what “The Golden Age of Handbuilt Bicycles” did in 2005 and changed the background from plain white and took pics of not-randonneur bikes and therefore his style is inimitable?

Oh yeah, this is enthusiasts in general. This is the elitism new folks see when they start (cycling) and it turns a lot of folks off until they build their own group that becomes the in group. Something I’ve been trying to deal with in my personal cycling life
