I remember someone doing that with cotton casing tires during the fixie heydays.

I saw some really well done ones in Tuscany at Eroica one year but they were pretty dang pricey. They did look good tho. Do bike tires have the same nasty forever chemicals in them that car ones do?

They will for sure make anything that rubs against them look grubby after a few.

Tldr: Affinity takes a bunch of pre order money in 2024 and still hasn’t delivered

Damn I straight up hate Surly now. Everything they do sucks shit at least a little.

Doesn’t look much different. If they did make some changes, making room for something bigger than a 38c would be my top request…but they’d probably have to drop the fork crown lug.

7 minutes to say that?

That’d look good with all black parts

lugged fork is maybe the only aesthetic feature it has other than the paint

what’s up with the bike grifter to real estate broker pipeline? Wilis from Deluxe, dude from Chop Chop Couriers, now Jason…

Real estate is just bike grifting with a different geometry

Dudes addicted to “hustle culture” perhaps? I always get that vibe when I meet any real estate agent.

I worked IT in a real estate office. Every single person there, possibly including me, was a vile piece of shit. It’s a legitimized pyramid scheme designed to sucker in gullible retirees and benefit hustle grind culture shitheads.

Pure scum, hate every realtor.
