My nephew just graduated from HS and is going straight into getting his realtor’s license stuff. I’m glad he’s pursuing something, but it sorta feels like the “hustle culture” BS is to blame for it.

in order to get the tm we need to actually use the mark for commerce. so someone would have to print stickers or something and then sell them. it has to be fairly recent which is why we failed last time.
i bet AI could do that filing pretty well. paying an attorney is ridiculous it costs like a thousand dollars.
or we could simply do nothing and donate that money to some charity
