The first fixed 29ers were basically the perfect urban bombers. I still kind of miss my Haro.

Haro Mary? I had one of those, it was pretty rad except the eccentric bottom bracket (I had the singlespeed because 2008).
Basically, I made a comment on Poppi’s post about MUSA Klampers that my BB7S’s were holding up better to salt than the Klampers were. Doug made a sarcastic/facetious comment critiquing other people for avoiding BB7’s because they’re “made by brown people,” but the wording made me think he was berating BB7’s for being made by brown people. I’m not friends with Doug on IG so I had no idea who he was and thought it was just some random guy baiting me with a racially incendiary comment, and I got mad REAL quick and told him to STFU, blocked him, and came on here to be like “Get a load of this jackwagon!”
Well, come to find out that it’s Doug, and knowing that, the sarcasm was a lot clearer… So I deleted my comments and we had a good chuckle about it.
And scene.
haha
for what its worth, i would have reacted the same way

I wanted a fixed fat tire bike so badly in 2004. I eventually built a voodoo wanga frame into a fixed mtb and rode it on some tame trails. But I never really found the feeling I was looking for.
yeah i would have had the same reaction but that is very funny
Me too. Keeping it real, max. Doug’s a turd
i thought max was in on the joke

I saw it, and thought it was a piss-take, but then often your take on things changes dependant on whether you are the observer or the person being addressed. I’ve got the wrong end of the stick a few times myself : )
From the RadLawn site:
“NEW BIKE LANDING IN EARLY JANUARY. FOLLOW US ON INSTAGRAM FOR UPDATES. SKÅL!”
January 2018?
oh boy, it’s the sean viking rawland too, not the other guy rawland.
new bike landing…from a 5’ huck to flat
Any thoughts on the Ritchey Swiss Cross Disc? Everything I’ve heard about it is that it’s super un-stiff and designed for comfort unlike all the carbon/tapered/thru axle gravel/cross bikes out now
who are you
It’s stumphumper
Any thoughts? Anyone? Bueller?
