So can you guys tell us how many watts a gallbladder is worth then?

I lost 20 pounds in the 6 weeks I couldn’t eat fat or alcohol while receiving from an infected pancreas and liver before my gall bladder game out. That’s with a few right there

TC: was super tired w/ 10 miles left of 50 riding some double track, picked up a stick, said “i shouldn’t pedal,” pedaled anyway, blew up my RD, chain into spokes, 30 min getting it into a manageable gear, now i’m waiting on a new RD and the weather is as good as it’s been all year. i’m so dumb sometimes

What cassette? I’ve got a 12 spd 10-51 and am happy with the top end, however our capabilities differ drastically.
