also that Cinelli saddle is one of the few wider vintage models and isn’t terrible
If this was just a wee bit bigger…
always liked TETs, always wanted him to build me a custom road frame
RIP
Yeah, I remember his website well.
Opposite end of the spectrum… this will probably go for dentist money but imagine it with a Clyde fork!

What on earth is this
stone age disc brake technology
Wow, ok someone here surely can tell us all about this.
lots of companies tried it for a long time and none of them worked very well and they were too heavy
those 27 inch rims will nicely complement the finest tires
ok but how about that wall
did you byo bike tool to remedy the saddle and bar angle before riding it?
Good choice. That’s a killer deal.
Yeah, if I had found something like this before I ordered the Ritchey I would have saved so much money.
Compared to that bike:
- GRX hydro brakes are leagues better than the Growtac cable brakes.
- Wheels are way nicer but I haven’t set my other tires up tubeless yet. After riding tubeless, I get it, and will either swap this wheelset onto the Ritchey or set the other wheels up tubeless.
- With the carbon bars, rims, fork, and seatpost and low PSI tires I’m not really feeling the downsides of aluminum frame.
- Bike fits better. Not sure why, haven’t measured anything.
- Haven’t looked at geo charts but this feels sportier despite me being more upright.
- Took it over my neighborhood cobblestone streets and could really fly over them. I imagine the Ritchey would be more comfy/stable same PSI.
- Bags are shit quality. Frame bag has a tear in it and the bento box doesn’t fit anything.
- Gonna shorten stem and maybe swap to narrower ergomax bars on the Ritchey. I think these bars are narrower.
- Seatpost is a pain in the ass to set up. Ritchey also has a two bolt seatpost (Nitto), but it’s less finicky.
