As long as thereās no pretense of the tofu playing the role of chicken, Iām all good dressing that sh*t up. It is tofu after all.
Christopherās in Somerville had buffalo chicken fried tofu back when I lived there, and I would still kill for the recipe.

Iām no vegetarian, but I love me some vegetarian food. When I want something that mimics the tast and texture of meat, I eat meat.

@bward1028 I was thinking of roasted squash or pumpkin chunks as a veggie trail steak, but I think cauliflower would have a better texture
ive never tried to make chicken fried tofu. it sounds great, but iām also a v lazy cook and it involves some steps to bread/fry things. i would probably do up like some fried non breaded tofu in cubes or some kinda marinaded tempeh thing. i dunno.
i actually dont mind some fake meats. i love the beyond meat sausages and burgers. them sausages would be great alongside some mashed potatoes

Itās approximately as unridable as it looks. Only about an inch of clearance from crank overlap

I love a good mtb track bike, but you cannot tell me that any aspect of riding that bike is pleasurable.
