@Rusty_Piton where did you purchase your Bullit?

I got it from 4Star Family Cyclery but it was a consignment from some old boomer in the suburbs. I sent him the money directly via paypal. He told me that he’d ridden less than fifty miles on the thing.

does burley fit on the bullitt platform with the wheels hanging over the sides?

I’ve been considering just pulling the wheels and hitch tang off and strapping it to the deck. I’m :100: that it would work and that my wife would be highly resistant to doing so.

You gotta at least try and mount it for us. I need to know.

She has a purple and teal thing going on and once I suggested she could use them, it was all over.

wild out with some 80/20?

I’m probably breaking a bunch of bike photo rules I don’t know. Normally there are 42mm gravel kings in there but I put on the ā€œ37mmā€ studs on. Probably a happy accident that I have a lot of snow clearance.

Glad I didn’t chop the smokestack because I’m gonna jack the stem up again now that it’s off-season.

This bike has given me a lot of trouble: the flatmount mount wasn’t flat on the rear brake, so it sat at an angle. Luckily I swapped to non-standard bolt heads that weren’t as wide and I was able to get enough adjustment to never think about it again.

I’ve been the d-hang one too many times and it finally broke in September. Since then I’ve sent plenty of e-mails to Rondo and they haven’t responded. I’ve been in touch with their distros in several countries. Only after my brother fabricated a new hanger did the original show up on a random german webshop. But I’m happy to have this one as it’s direct mount and just beautiful. So four months later I’m on the road again.

The fenders are PDW, not sure what the tarck consesus is on these but if this were a rain/road bike I would not be happy with the coverage. They could be rounder, and longer. They also shimmy quite a bit with their quick-releases.

The flaps are Ass-Savers prototype Toetectors and Brotectors. Put the toetector on the front of the rear fender for extra drivetrain coverage, will probably mod it a bit to be more aero.

Broke one of my stupid-light Ti bottle cages, Viggen do you have an extra one of these? I modified them to run upside-down so that I could use them as side-loaders.

The seatpost is one of the canyon flexposts. They are just amazing. They take a bit of extra care but honestly so worth it.

Got myself a redshift stem on there for extra bounce. Again, just an awesome upgrade.

The saddle is a shortfit selle san marco, really happy with this for my more upright riding.

The seatpost collar is the specialized diverge collar that allows you to attach racks, I use it for my Porcelain Rocket Mr. fusion.
