My dad has also complained about this phenomenon (coming from tubes). Any tubeless tires to recommend that barely leak, ride quality be damned?
I’ve got some WTB 38s on my fixie. The bike sat untouched since last winter until yesterday and the tires had about 15psi in them when I put it in the stand to refresh the sealant. Not bad for sitting there for like eight months. They ride pretty good too!
Newest round of dithering. Test fitting 650b’s on the Casseroll after putting Gunther’s Persuader bars on it. Gonna build this into the best little single speed shitbox the world has ever seen.
I did that on top of purple plasti dip and was not that impressed with the results. Can’t say I recommend. Sounds good. Doesn’t really work.
What frame is that/whomst the maker?
It’s a specialized frame. Early nineties Allez maybe?
Awesome. I have an rad early ‘00s steel allez that I never ride.
This thing is still alive. @Face how old is this fine example of a bike? 15 years?
And here’s the ebike I deal with. It’s pretty fun - putting AXS GX this week for stupid reasons.
I think I got that bike in 2010. I’m surprised it’s only 13 years old!
How did you get the chair to stay on the bike?!
Cannibalized an old ortlieb pannier
Gotta be careful I hear the buckles are fragile.
JAN HEINE IS WRONG RIGHT
How many batteries ya got on that thing?
Less than a 2x AXS bike but enough to power a TV for a day.
Really wish I was a bigger person so I could ride bikes with larger triangles.
Been having trouble figuring out how to carry stuff for long rides sans rack. I don’t have much clearance under the bars because of garmin and dyno light so trying out this frame bag. Maybe with some side access cages it’ll be good.
Get the Arundel side loaders. You won’t regret it.
