The bars are Richey Neo-Classic. I love the traditional shape with long flats at the ends and a fairly deep drop. I’ve never been a fan of compact bars and that seems to be 90% of what’s out there.
The saddle is a spec Romin. Funny that you mention the Aliante. That was my saddle of choice until I found the Romin. It’s got a great spoon shape and the 155mm width is wider than the Aliante which has been great for me.
They only come in black though. I got this one from a tarcker and don’t remember the story, but apparently it is a nonproduction color.
Cool idea, but there’s a hole in the fork crown, so I don’t think the top will be the problem.
Probably just need a variation on the P-clamp, up above the disc caliper.
I like how they seem to have had some amount of CX cred but also put on fender and rack mounts and overbuilt it like a tank. Gives it a second life–a very salty one, but a second life nonetheless.
That’s around when they pulled out of the US market, dumped Jeremy Powers and pivoted to making ton of ebikes. It’s a shame too. The last drop bar bikes we had access to were superb.
