Can you adjust the rd inboard any more?
I might actually be maxed out on the high limit screw. Unfortunately no barrel adjuster on that old Huret so I’m limited by the screws.
Couldn’t figure out which side it was trying to come off of.
omg I saw that thing on marketplace. Mismatched brake pull, hacked on RD, Aliexpress corner bars, and I think they hacked their own straddle cable together out of parts on hand for that rear brake.

yea it’s got a lot going on. I have some upgrades in mind but I’ll wait until he gets to ride it

Can you put longer screws in? Ive done that on some of mine. Looks great.

Most likely. It’s kind of odd, I built this but just don’t have much motivation to ride it. I do really like this frame though. Very comfortable.

On the one hand I kind of want to sell this bike and just use my weird low trail 26’er with a Wald 137 + panniers instead. But on the other hand this thing actually handles great with a big ass bag of records and none of my other bikes do. HMMMMMMMMMM
