Do we like the trail cross? Did they fit TTS?

I really like my Trailcross shoes that I wear when I ride my mountain bike with flat pedals. They’re comfy to pedal/walk in and don’t look silly off the bike IMO.

I think they fit TTS.

TTS? Yes (albeit a little narrow in the toe box).
I, personally, don’t like them for riding. Too flexible and the (sole’s) tread pattern seems fussier than, say, Freerider or Freerider Pro, when it comes to pedal compatibility.

I should add a caveat: My previous MTB shoes were just old running shoes so the Trailcross shoes were a big improvement.

Probably a deal breaker.

I have the goretex black ones and they are great. But my first flat pedals shoes. Very comfy. Don’t know what to compare to since I’ve mostly only used specialized on dirt jumper. Couldn’t tell much difference between the two on last trail ride.

Grin ebikes has their batteries in sale for 25% off as Canada insurance mandates they only sell UL listed stuff moving forward. I’ve heard they are top of the line batteries.

Oh no. I was having thoughts about what to do with my existing Grin kit now that it’s been freed from the bike it was on and those thoughts involve a new higher voltage battery.

Anyone vibe with the POC rain jacket? At least he cool color is on sale.

Bummer. Not shipping here. They 415 nzd here.

Geez that’s normally an expensive jacket. Even at the sale price it’s kinda pricy. What’s so special about it?

I think it should be $88 but the site is glitchy and most of the time it shows up as a Katu (ish, I’m not great with tarckurrency).

It is well over $200 on the POC site, which I interpret as expensive. I guess $90 for a rain jacket is normal these days but you won’t catch me paying that lol.

3 layer fabric… no name to it or values about denier or waterproof and breathability levels, so probably just a bog standard jacket.

If you like the cut and think it has enough venting then go for it. I do like a double zipper.
