Oops. Mine was canceled too. They gave me the 20% but I’m not gonna buy their expensive pants with no stretch.
did anyone receive anything from Colorado Cyclist sale
I can’t track the order on their site and they are not answering phones?!
I got some XT brakes. My kid opened the box and instantly scattered barbs and olives and bolts all over the floor because they just shipped everything in a big ziplock instead of the shimano packaging.
roli and i have lots in common.
Gonna ride you around on my bike in a big wooden box
Michelin is giving a $40 rebate for any pair of bicycle tires purchased in May. This link is US only, but they might have similar deals going in AUS or SWE.
Kinda wild to see Michelin linking directly to BikeTiresDirect when their whole origin is importing gray market tires from Euroland to bypass US distro price controls.
When’s the next Swift going out of business sale? They had so many 40% off deals last year it’s difficult to want to pay full price for a bag this year.
Did you get your stuff?
I also got my XT brakes, and HS2 rotors from them a week prior. Just ordered some XTR rotors because they were cheaper than XT and others if you do centerlock.
The Michelin Power Adventure would look pretty sweet on my commuter and qualify for the rebate.
Man, I really need to stop myself hoarding brakes. I have like four unused sets of shimano brakes just sitting there waiting, but this deal is almost too tempting!
I was looking at those, too. Universal has them for almost 30% off, but I think you need a code from the seller to claim the rebate.
I guess I could wander in this week and ask.
They did come in finally with no tracking info and no response to my email asking about it
Am a fan of the Power Adventures. That rebate almost got me to buy another pair in 700x42, but I sold a previous pair in that size to Rudy for a reason (too much dithering).
plus $20
plus $15
=
basketbike drivetrain for about the cost of a basket
What’s the difference between CUES and regular shimano stuff? Is it its own dead end?
Not a dead end IMO, I’d see it as a pooling of what were a bunch of lower/mid teir groups into one single product line.
There is still a lot of diversity within cues so compatability is still subject to how many speeds and chainrings you have.
This right here is exactly why you never ever ever sell your extra merchandise at Sierra.
or have multiple 40% off sales in a year
