Does the ds chainstay have any provisions for internal routing and are the dt & cs vented into the bb? In your shoes, I’d fire up the drill and punch a hole in the cs, but (a) I don’t touch mtbs and (b) I routinely ziptie di2 wires to frames, so you maybe shouldn’t take my advice

There is a hole by the rear drop out and
In the bb from the down tube and chain stay. It can be internal from head tube to drop out. Makes it much cleaner.
