I presume adding some triangulation or attaching it to the decaleur apparatus? Otherwise I get worried.

This is using a bit of fender strut to triangulate the rack, we will see how it holds up, if it doesn’t works I have some ti tubing that I’ll make into a strut.

Ah, got it. Seems like once you have everything’s location figured out there’s lots of opportunity to replace the erector set with one or two specific custom brackets.

Yeah, originally it was going to be using a fork that had a more traditional mounting point. That fork arrived with a big twist in one of the legs and other issues.

I’m not sure how common that is, but lots of folks have similar issues. My sister can’t touch or hear Styrofoam without wanting to hurl.

I used to get chills and goosebumps as a kid when I touched or rubbed paper. Brains are weird.

Anyway I finally got the right clamp bolt to install this Berthoud contraption, but finding I should have ordered 50mm arms instead of 70mm. Luckily all of the individual parts are replaceable.
