I posted this in another thread recently. My DIY is a variation of the Morgan Taylor thing. I wanted to keep the stem and bag separate since I have no idea where the bars/stem will end up (have already lowered stem 20mm, might get lowered another 5-10mm), and also to keep as much crap off of the bars as possible.
